What is the turnaround time for alterations?

It depends on the material and the amount of alterations needed. Please call or drop off any clothing or linens needing alterations and we can give you an estimate based on your individual needs. If we expect it to take longer than estimated, we will contact you immediately.

Can you match buttons or do I need to provide the button? 

We do our best to match the buttons based on the ones currently on the garment. In the event that we are unable to do so, we will contact you to provide buttons that we will then replace onto the item.

Do you do wedding dress alterations? 

Yes, we specialize in wedding gown cleaning, alterations, and preservation.

Are there any fabrics you can’t do alterations on? 

We are unable to provide alterations to any thin net or mesh fabrics. If you’re unsure about a material, give us a call or come by the store to check.

Can you do alterations on leather, suede, or specialty fabrics?
